CREATING VALUE-BASED GOALS.
Working with your Values can be a tool to create goals, make decisions that align to your truth and help you make choices and decisions in your life. It doesn’t mean that you need to have the exact same values as another party, for example, a workplace, an organisation, a partner, a health care worker etc… but if they are in line with your values it generally will work out better for you in creating a value-driven life.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Unfinished business is like living in a really messy house. It takes some work to clean it up but when you spend the energy doing it you are no longer wasting energy thinking about how messy it is, how crap you are for not doing it, things flow more easily and it creates an energetic space that’s lovely to be in rather than stressful or potentially hazardous.

The Dreamwork process with a practitioner supports you to unravel the messages of your dreams and to honour them by taking some form of action whether that’s a dream-re-entry to find out more, a ritual, a dream inspired shopping trip or some other kind of action. Dreams offer us an opportunity to learn, heal and discover.
MY WAY THERAPY’S 5 TOP TIPS TO SUPPORT SOMEONE GOING THROUGH A TOUGH TIME
1.Talk to them about their hopes,
dreams and passions.
2. Take a walk together, preferably somewhere in nature.
3. Ask if you can help with something practical. ie: a meal, dishes, lawns, childminding for a few hours.
4. Honestly let them know they’re valued and why.
5. Negotiate to check-in with calls or visits or support them to seek help.
IN ORDER TO FIND OUR WAY, WE NEED TO GET LOST.
Getting lost, being in the uncertainty, the unknown seems to be vital for our growth. We learn to sit with discomfort and the unavoidable pain associated with this. It teaches us to listen, to look for signs, to communicate with others, to take risks, to ask for help and guidance
